For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused nail sets in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@belanails.com or call (984) 254-2395 with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without a request cannot be accepted.
- We will send you return instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item). Opened or worn sets and sale items cannot be returned.
