Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, we accept returns of unopened, unused press-on nail sets in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

To start a return, email us at info@belanails.com or call (984) 254-2395 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET) with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item).

Sale items and opened or worn sets cannot be returned.
